COMPETITION GUIDELINES

The initiatives presented in poster format are eligible for the Patient Experience Awards, which have been granted since 2016.

The Scientific Committee will evaluate the quality of the posters submitted to the congress.

• First prize: An in-person patient experience workshop at your organization (valued at €3,000)
  Second prize: A free online patient experience consulting session (valued at €600)
  Third prize: 3 free registrations for the 2026 congress

Contest Rules

Registration includes the right to submit one poster, which will be eligible for the 2025 Best Patient Initiative Award.

The topic should describe a patient experience initiative, as well as its clinical impact, or its impact on well-being or quality of life.

The submission deadline for evaluation and final acceptance is November 2nd, 2025.

EXTENDED DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS UNTIL NOVEMBER 10 AT 11:59 PM

The poster will be displayed electronically in the lobby of the IFEDI auditorium and published on the IEXP website.

 
How is the winner selected?

Each poster will be scored by the Congress Scientific Committee.

The highest-rated poster will receive the award. The second and third highest-rated posters will receive honorable mentions.
